Our decaffeinated coffees and espresso varieties have a caffeine content of max. 0.1% caffeine per kilogram. We refer exclusively coffees treated gently CO2. In this method, the coffee bean is pretreated with steam and rinsed under pressure 73-300 bar with supercritical CO2. Thus, the caffeine is dissolved in the fluid phase. The carbon dioxide is allowed to evaporate it, thereby remains pure caffeine. We vführen decaf espresso and also in organic quality.
