"Cup of Excellence" is a coffee tasting competition.
Annually from the main coffee producing countries the best coffees awarded. First, a national selection of the best coffee is made. After international and national judges taste the best of the best coffees.
Many coffee farmers are small villas, comparable to a small vineyard. With a lot of manual work and experience the best coffee farmers prosper. A premium tion by the COE is based on a recognized scoring system in which incorporated various comments about the coffee. It is required at least 85 out of 100 points in order to be an award winner.
