Coffee is healthy and green coffee in its natural form is even more so!

Comparable to green tea, matcha, guarana or herbal tea, this type of coffee opens up completely new taste experiences, which can be enhanced with ginger, lemon or orange, for example.

For the production of our coffee extract we use the beans of Peru Yanesha, an organic green coffee that is ground and not roasted. It comes from controlled organic cultivation in accordance with EU regulation (EC No. 834/2007). Green coffee is gently cold ground in a special process, which is indispensable in order to preserve the valuable ingredients during the grinding process and because without additives, we can guarantee a 100% natural product.

The result is a luxury food with a high chlorogenic acid content (antioxidant) and around 2% caffeine, which is ideal as an accompaniment to a diet or detox (liver) or to refine smoothies and mueslis.

The green coffee bean, also known as green coffee, includes a proven record of 800 ingredients. Some of these are alkaloids , which include caffeine and trigonelline , or proteins such as amino acids or carbohydrates, lipids, enzymes, minerals, water and flavorings. And then there are the acids and polyphenols, which also include chlorogenic acid. In turn, it is the ingredient that makes losing weight with green coffee possible in the first place, because it prevents the absorption of glucose in the blood and, at the same time, the storage of fat. No other food has such a high concentration (7%) of chlorogenic acid as in green coffee.

We recommend a tea strainer for preparation so that the green coffee no longer draws in after the steeping time. This is how the healthy properties can best develop. Put a level to slightly heaped teaspoon (3-5g) of powder in the tea strainer, pour 250 ml of hot water (max 95 ° C), let it steep for 4 minutes, remove the tea strainer and the green coffee is ready.

Enjoy up to 2-3 cups of green coffee a day.
