Yemen Mocca Matari coffee
Despite or because of its fluctuating crop yields, it is one of the rarest and highest quality coffees in the world.
Only a few quantities of this rarity are harvested every year in the Sana'a region at 1900 meters. On terraced coffee gardens and small plantations, it is grown here.
A touch of truffle chocolate and dark grapes conjure up an incomparable aroma.
Balanced acidity and fruit notes give this particular coffee a pleasant sweetness and a full-bodied body.
Particularly suitable as filter coffee or, in dark roasting, as espresso.
