This Brasil is a nutty-smelling, soft, mild coffee from one of the best coffee plantations in Brazil. Grown according to the strict environmental protection regulations of the Neumann Coffee Group.

This nutty, soft Arabica from the "Fazenda Lagoa" farm is one of Brazil's outstanding specialty coffees. The farm is located in the heart of the state of Minas Gerais, surrounded by hills, many small lakes and fertile farmland. The “Sul de Minas” growing area is one of the best in the country. The coffee plants, which were imported from French Guiana in 1720, thrive in the town of Santo Antônio do Amparo at an altitude of between 950 and 1200 meters on mineral-rich soil. This high growing location and climate for Brazil result in a slightly lower caffeine content and low acidity. The coffee is therefore mild and has an incomparably rich aroma. Connoisseurs are fascinated by its light caramel note and long aftertaste.
Strict and continuous quality control during ripening, harvesting and processing as well as the careful selection of the beans result in a small but exquisite harvest that is reserved only for the best coffee roasters. The beans are unwashed and sun-dried. The world-famous single-vineyard coffee is a sought-after rarity. The “Fazenda Lagoa” farm regularly takes top places at the Cup of Excellence, an international coffee competition.
The dedicated owner of the farm, Marcelo Vireira, is not only known as a quality-conscious coffee farmer. He also pays close attention to the local ecosystem and bears social responsibility towards his employees and pickers. He provides apartments and houses, built his own school for the children and supports other educational projects in the region.
And another special feature of Fazenda Lagoa: the farm is surrounded by a protected rainforest. Brazilian coffee, from one of the best plantations.

Kaffeeverwendung in privatem Haushalt, wird von Hand mit Zassenhaus-Kaffeemühle gemahlen und per Handaufguss gebrüht. Empfohlene Menge; Start mit 51-52 Gramm pro 1l Wasser.\nZu empfehlen an Kaffeetrinker, die im Regelfall keinen mittelstarken bis starken oder koffeeinfreien Kaffee bevorzugen, weil dieser "Brasilianer" vergleichsweise schwach auf der Brust ist.\nDie Sorte scheidet in Zukunft bei mir aus, weil er einfach zu schwach ist für jemanden, der stärkere Kaffeesorten bevorzugt. Hier fehlt auch irgendwie ein eigener Charakter.

Ist ein Superkaffee für den Vollautomaten (Bohnen schön trocken). Ein milder, säurearmer Kaffee, der leicht fruchtig und nussig schmeckt. Da ich Kaffee schwarz trinke,kommt das Aroma gut raus. Endlich ein Kaffee, der nicht bitter ist!!!!!!!!!!!.
