Our BIO Peru SHB Size 1 Cepro Yanesha comes from the central mountains of Peru. The Yaneshas are an ethnic group. They live in their fincas protected from the shade and their extraordinary relationship with their land and dedication to their product result in a fine, aromatic coffee with light caramel nuances. The region lies at an altitude of 1,550-1,850 m above sea level. Organically grown coffee from Peru is a high-quality organic coffee that does not contain any fertilization. Here only organic pulp, a waste product from coffee preparation, is used to enrich the coffee tree with nutrients.
This coffee has a medium body, very little acidity and a sweet, nutty taste and is particularly impressive with its caramel note and gentle acidity.
