In contrast to a Tartufo al caffè, the coffee aromas in the Tartufo cappuccino are not as dominant and complement the white chocolate wonderfully.
At Antica Torroneria, only high-quality Piedmont hazelnuts of the slightly sweet "La Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" variety are used. This is clearly noticeable in the taste: The crumbly texture of the tartufi transforms into a delicate melt in the mouth. The crispy hazelnuts create the wonderful crunch of this typical chocolate truffle specialty.
