At Antica Torroneria, only high-quality Piedmont hazelnuts of the slightly sweet "La Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" variety are used. This is clearly noticeable in the taste: The crumbly texture of the tartufi transforms into a delicate melt in the mouth.
